We implemented a new divisional structure following our recent acquisitions of the Campbell’s and RHM businesses in 2006 and 2007 respectively.  The primary drivers of the structure are the commonality of the categories we operate in and the supply chain required to service them.

 Our three divisions are:

  • Grocery
  • Chilled and Ireland
  • Hovis
