Founded in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1896 by Franciscus Rombouts, Rombouts remains a family business today. His grandson, Hugo, still travels the world selecting the best Arabicas for extraordinary coffees - from African blends with delicate, citrussy characters, to smooth, well-balanced American coffees and stronger, fruitier Asian beans. All the coffee beans are slowly roasted for about 18 minutes to give the end result a better, more rounded flavor.
Today, the ready-to-use filter coffee range comprises six different flavors, including:
