The Chairman and Chief Executive

The Chairman is primarily responsible for the operation of the Board, and sets the agendas in consultation with the Chief Executive and Company Secretary.

The Chief Executive has overall responsibility for the executive management of the Group and for implementing Group strategy and policy within the approved budgets and timescales. The Chief Executive is supported by the Finance Director and the Operations Board, which consists of the senior executives who head up the Group’s principal operations.
